Second day in a row and us again with our heads out in your daily reads? This is catweek! and for a change (smile) we have our little and adorable Juno.
We frequently talk about the (funny) stubbornness of Juno but we’ve almost never talked before about one of her most precious character features: infinite patience.
Although we play with her everyday to her favorite games, like chasing or throwing her toy mouse, she also from time to time indulges us to games where I think she doesn’t get what all the amusement is about, hence the case with the pink flamingo.

Dani’s parents came from Las Vegas with this plushie pink flamingo (can you guess in which hotel they were staying? *wink*) as a present for Juno. Everything looked good, it is cute, pink, fluffy and has longs legs to swing. But also it is big, half Juno big, which immediately converts it in a I-will-just-go-and-ignore-it pal. She doesn’t look scared by its presence, but prefers to avoid interaction just in case in a stormy night a lightning bolt strikes bringing him back to life.
However when she sees us laughing after the cute image of the flamingo riding her, she just stays there, you’re spoiling us dearest Juno.

Thanks Juno ♥ we love you

We’ll let you sleep now, don’t worry about mr pink flamingo, he won’t be bothering you anymore.

Which is that special virtue you don’t mention enough of your pet? Let your crazy pet lady/gent self go!
** Have you checked yesterday’s post where we host a personalized Japanese calligraphy painting giveaway? You can choose your own favorite quote to pair the two lovely kitties! **
Ha ha, I just can’t get enough of Juno. Especially that photo of you petting her head with her chin – oh my!
:) I love her “petting” face when she is closing her eyes. Glad to read that it’s not only human mom madness ;)
Oh man, lol lol, not sure what I’m smiling more about a plush flamingo getting hit by lightning and coming back to life or a flamingo riding Juno :) Awesome patience – go Juno! We play a game with Gremlin, where we get a point for every second we can keep a toy (dangling off a string) on Gremlin’s belly. I’m not sure he understands the rules of that one but it keeps Ben and I (and hopefully Gremlin – when we’re not touching his belly) amused :)
I’m not sure this falls under virtues but Gremlin has a special power of scaring me! He wins hands down at hide and seek and sometimes can keep playing even when I’ve long forgotten that we’re playing – so perhaps Gremlin gets the patience virtue too? Or perhaps just the ‘ability to make fee squeal’ award :P
I think it must be Gremlin’s super power! but also kind of a virtue for him, I’m sure he has the best time when he is able to make you squeal! Juno loves making advantage of the dark when we go to sleep to chase us when she knows we can’t barely see her. Hahahaha, the toy in the belly is playing with fire ;) Gremlin is such a good sport!
haha. oh juno :) patience is a virtue! i always say piri is a good sport for letting me put things on him, make him wear things while i snap a few photos. :)
Awwww yes, it always puts a smile on my face when I see your pictures with him wearing things: kind piri!
lol, too cute :)
